Beautiful, inviting nose of graphite, violets, poached cherries, ripe strawberries and fried sage. In the mouth, the flavours echo the bouquet, supported by elegant, firm tannins refreshingly drenched in blood orange juice. Deep, creamy layer of cherry sorbet and dark chocolate mousse. Lingering plum, nutmeg and clove. IS
