Lovely expressiveness and typicity in this benchmark Soave produced by leading producer Pieropan for The Society. Blending Trebbiano di Soave from Calvarino with Garganega grown just above that famous plot, it has a core of fleshy citrus, held by a firm mineral backbone, and coated with sage, wild fennel, bayleaf and fresh almonds. Lovely saline seam on the finish.
