Flinty and aromatic on the nose, with grapefruit, peach, fresh grass and apple. Pure and crunchy on the palate. Plenty of green fruits open up to depth of yellow peach and dried apricot. Long and moreish, finishing with spiced lime zest. It has been aged for six months, mostly in stainless steel tanks.
