The 2022 Chardonnay has a razor's edge minerality. Prović pioneered Chardonnay here in Dalmatia as a homage to the iconic American wine made by local Mike Grgich, born in the hills just above the Prović winery in the village of Desne: white florals and subtle, nuanced sea air aromas. The flavours are crisp yet delicate, with crushed sea shells, salted lemon wedge, and a savoury component that nods to lemon verbena.
